Service Description

Join us for an exciting morning of breadmaking. Learn about flours, kneading, fermentation, bread lingo, and baking different kinds of bread. You will learn bread making through this hands-on class. We will make several types of breads; delicious soft sandwich: a white and a whole grain; and, buttery soft rolls. Come ready to get floured and get baking. Leave the fear of yeast at the door. You will take baked bread and dough home. Light meal will be served.
