Service Description

Join us for an exciting morning of learning how to bake bread as Barb leads you through the basics of bread making. Learn about different flours, kneading, fermentation, bread lingo, and baking. You will learn basic bread making through this hands-on class. We will make two delicious Sandwich Breads; white and a white whole wheat. Come ready to get floured and get baking. Leave the fear of yeast at the door and join me. You will take dough home to bake and recipes. Lunch will be served.
