Service Description

This steakhouse favorites is one you will be using to wow your guests. You will grab an apron and step to your station to prepare a Pesto Cheese Bread appetizer, Iceberg Wedge Salad with blue cheese, smoky bacon, cherry tomatoes and drizzled with Red Wine Vinaigrette. For the main course you will prepare a Rib-eye Steak with Steak Butter, Au Gratin Potatoes, and grilled Vegetable Medley. We will finish the evening with a Strawberry Shortcake Trifle, a layered dessert with sponge cake, fresh strawberries, Chantilly cream and strawberry sauce. BYOB Menu subject to change.
