We will start this Mardi Gras with pillowy Beignets, next we will make the real Gumbo and end the evening with a delicious Chocolate Croissant Pudding with Bourbon Cream Sauce. C'est tout. See you are already speaking Cajun and will be speaking Creole by end of class.
