Service Description

Fresh, clean-tasting food is on the menu in this class! We will make a classic Mediterranean. Picture fresh vegetables, transformed into a delicious Ratatouille. We will make fresh soft pillowy Pita bread. You will make your choice of marinated meats, shrimp, and vegetable kabobs served on a bed of shaved brussels sprouts rice pilaf. Dessert is phyllo custard pie served with fresh fruit. As you can expect at Doughmen Kitchen, everything will be well-seasoned and tasty, perfect to serve at your next luncheon or dinner. BYOB
