Service Description

This is going to be a delicious pasta making class, we will start with a crisp mixed greens salad with fresh pears, dried cranberries, crunchy Almonds and a Vidalia onion vinaigrette, Herb bread, followed by the star of the class Lobster Agnolotti in Spinach and Leek Cream Sauce. Next we will make Fresh Tagliatelle with Pancetta, Shrimp, and Roasted Tomatoes. Chef's choice dessert. We will be making fresh pasta in this class and its full hands on class, expect 2 1/2 to 3hrs of class time. BYOB *menu subject to change
