So much can be done with Cream Puffs aka Profiteroles, Pate a Choux, Éclair, Gougeres et al. You will learn the sweet and the savory versions of this humble pastry and truly appreciate its place on the appetizer, snack, and dessert tray. We will fill puffs (eclairs) with a sweet buttercreamy filling drizzled with white and dark chocolate, leftover dough may end up as stuffed fried donuts! We will make a Rye twist with corned beef filling and Chicken Salad. We will also make cheesy Gougeres to add to your savory appetizers tray. You will make your own batch of Pate a Choux dough to take home and share. BYOB *menu subject to change
