Service Description

Join Chef MiCha as she teaches you how to make great sushi rolls. You will learn to use a sushi mat, choose from many ingredients including, shrimp, beef, and salmon. We will make make nigiri-style sushi, inside-out rolls, and sushi rolls. Learn the techniques of sushi making, from making the sushi rice to prepping your ingredients to rolling. We will have sauces, accompaniments, and deep fried ice cream for dessert. This is an exciting class, so register early. BYOB
