Barb is the owner and instructor at Doughmen Kitchen.   Barb has a deep affection for family, food, bread, and desserts and wants to share it with you. 

Jakob is a local chef who has been cooking professionally for over fifteen years. He has worked in prestigious restaurants across seven countries, many of which hold Michelin stars. His culinary influences lie primarily in Asian cuisine but experience in Western fine dining and a childhood of Latin flavors also impact his pantry.

Kristy is an Executive Chef with a Culinary Arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu Portland. With 15 years of culinary experience and ownership of three businesses.  She transitioned to cooking after a 15-year career in the legal field. She has a passion for teaching and cooking.
