Service Description
Learn how to cure your own bacon, ham, and charcuterie. We will mix and stuff summer sausage and/or salami, learn to select the best meat for curing and also learn the correct ratios for brining. Join us for a very very porky time. BYOB *you will be dealing with fresh meat so please come with an open mind and participate or you can choose to only watch and ask questions, either is acceptable
