Service Description

We will start this class with a chef"s choice appetizer as you move around the kitchen making an Iowa chop with Bourbon Glaze, fluffy whipped potatoes, Bourbon Brussel Sprouts with Smoky Bacon, Bourbon glazed carrots, and Apple Fennel Salad. We will finish the night with Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Bread Pudding. BYOB *menu subject to change
