Learn different cooking techniques for vegetables: blanching, sautéing, roasting, stewing, and steaming. Learn how to choose the right vegetables to use in different applications. We will make Baked Zucchini and Peppers, Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli topped with Roasted Tomato Sauce or Sage Sauce, and finish the meal with a Polenta(cornmeal) Cake.
Cancellation for a class can be made 7 days before class starts.
