Service Description

We will start with a crisp green salad topped with candied walnuts, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion and French vinaigrette. Dinner we prepare skewers of garlic and herb filet mignon and shrimp, polenta with mushroom, spinach, and cheese, roasted vegetables, and end with luscious panna cotta trifle.
