Service Description
This is not your ordinary dessert class…these desserts are DECADENT! SHOW STOPPING DELICIOUS! Make outstanding desserts for the holidays. We will make a layered chocolate mousse cake with truffles and ganache (moist chocolate cake layered with mousse and covered with ganache), and a Paris-Brest (pate de choux filled with caramel French buttercream or praline buttercream). We will make some amazing truffles rolled in yumminess. Oh my my my! Lots of tastings. You will be taking all your desserts home after class. *menu subject to change
