Service Description

We will start the class munching on some homemade summer sausage and fresh bread. On the menu is fresh ravioli stuffed with lobster topped with Cajun cream sauce, pieces of leftover pasta from ravioli will be served with a mushroom butter sauce, grilled Caesar salad, soft french bread, and a vegetable medley. Dessert will be a chocolate cobbler with chantilly cream, ice cream, and chocolate chunks. Wine will be available and you can BYOB. *menu subject to change
