Service Description
Turn three pan-cooked proteins into wow dishes with easy to make pan sauces. We will make rich demi-glace and chicken stock to use in the pan sauces. We will pair beef, chicken, and salmon with a marsala mushroom sauce, de Franco sauce, and a citrus cream sauce served with Rice mixed with ancient grains, and garden fresh vegetable. BYOB *menu subject to change
