Service Description

We will make three sourdough breads: sourdough boule, caramelized onion sourdough, and a rosemary walnut sourdough. You will learn all the sourdough lingo, feeding the starter, discard, fermentation, folding, shaping, scoring, and baking plus so much more. You will be tasting some different kinds of sourdough breads from around the world. You will take home all the breads baked, dough, and starter to start your own sourdough dynasty. A light meal will be served.
